Double OTFinley 3pt to tie in regulation
Duncan
3 pt to tie in OT
Parker, Thomas and Stoudamire foul out.

Spurs shooting free throws, up 2 with 20 left.

This game has been ridiculously good since the 3rd period on....I think Nash is about to bang down a three and we are going to see triple OT. I hope so.

How about my calling that!

And Gino makes it pointless. What a game. That is the way to open the playoffs!

Duncan with his first three of the year to go to double OT. I am not a Spurs fan, but, man, it is a blast to watch the all time greats find a way to win. Dude just drips HOF. He is soaking in it.

That was a sick 3 pt shot by Nash. Then Manu delivers the dagger. One of the best playoff games I've ever seen. And that's coming from a Rockets fan.

That was one hell of a way to kick off the Western Conf playoffs.
I havent been this excited about a post season since the Jordan years...and im a spurs fan.

Great game.

Spurs are smart and hit some clutch shots.

The Suns fumbled every opportunity to salt the game away and executed unimaginatively on both game-extending threes by the Spurs.

Stoudamire played like an idiot down the stretch (made some plays and some buckets but was weak on several important plays, including the purely moronic offensive foul that sent him to the pine for good).

Who knows how this series will end. I don't trust the Suns to make the decisions and plays when they absolutely must.

Western Conference is going to be waaaaay unpredictable.

Looking forward to what transpires.

Hook'em!!!

Great game. I was there and it was awesome. I thought there was no way Tim was going to make that shot. Went with someone who had never gone to a game before and they were buying tickets to Tuesdays game on the way out.

Favorite pwning of the game was when Tony Parker, just above the right elbow, faked a pass to his left and Steve Nash took about 3 steps in that direction and didn't get turned back around until Parker had already dribbled in and scored his open layup.

In the days since this game Shaq has been whining about "flopping" by the Spurs and the refs calling a foul on him. My take is that IT'S ABOUT FREAKIN' TIME! For years I have watched Shaq just run over defenders who were completely planted and there was no call.

It shouldn't matter if I'm guarding him, if I'm planted and he runs over me it's a charge. Enough of this "no call if you're a superstar" garbage. Just call the game!

Oh, and, GO SPURS GO!

I grew up in SA during the Gervin days so I have been loving the last nine years.
