Anyone else use ATT Blackberry with austin.rr.com?

So I have my ATT Blackberry hooked up to my time warner [email protected] email account. And it seems like about a quarter of my emails never make it to my Blackberry.

Anyone else have this issue? Of course the girl at the ATT store blames time warner.

If you're using Outlook make sure you "check" the box in the Tools/email accounts/change/Advanced tab to "leave copy of message on server."
