This is one of the biggest complete bungling by an official that I have ever witnessed. St. Johns deflects a pass with a few seconds left and goes chasing it down, and the refs seem to just give up on paying attenion and assume the game is over!
So they missed the St. Johns player step out-of-bounds with about 2 seconds left (not even a close call that you could understand missing - his entire foot was completely on the other side of the line) and take 4 or 5 steps with the ball while celebrating and throwing the ball into the stands - all of which happened before the clock hit 0. So the entire missed an obviously out-of-bounds, an obvious travel, and possibly a T as well. I'm not sure on the rules on throwing the ball into the crowd but I think that if they had pulled their heads out of wherever they had stuck them and blown the whistle on the out of bounds or travel, then the game would not be over and thus made the throwing of the ball into the stands a technical fouls.
