NCAAFBALLROX 1,000+ Posts Sep 14, 2008 #3 Seems like a nice site, however: The music (yes, I can turn it off) doesn't go with my mental image of a smoker. They have few photos of their full sized pits & what I'd like to see is a more 'small to medium' trailer type smoker. I'd like to see some closeups of the firebox & the interior (I did click on all the other photo links). I wonder if they can or do have a vertical offset to go @ the opposite end of the firebox (for lighter smoking or warming). Nothing @ all in relation to prices. Other than that, the site is OK.

MilkmanDan 1,000+ Posts Sep 15, 2008 #5 My next door neighbors have a triple pit setup from him. It's an amazing piece of work. I have never seen the "steam control system" on theirs; I think that's a new feature. I would definitely consider one if I had the time and space.
