Anybody need an apartment for next semester?

I have half a lease I need someone to sign off on for a 2 bedroom 2 bath at the Warwick apartments off of 29th and Guadalupe. My part is $550 per and runs through the summer. My roommate is signing the other half off to one of his friends.
