Anybody know someone in UT social media?

I have tried to contact the social media folks at UT about something on the web that needs to be fixed, but I’ve had no response.

Dion, after dealing with UT admin in any area the last 7 years (when my youngest matriculated and graduated undergraduate and law school), always start at the top.
Call the presidents office. Took me a while to catch on as I am always about following the system, policy and procedure, but if there is something wrong and you want it corrected start at the top. They will try to direct you back to the non responsive party, tell them that
there has been no response and you would just as soon talk to the President about the problem and the non responsive party. You will generally get what you want accomplished within 24 hours. I am only talking about issues that are genuinely wrong and against UT policy. If you start at the bottom, you will languish in no mans land.

Have LC call the pope and tell him to get right on it stat. The pope is on Facebook, so he carries some clout. Have him contact Bianco and offer to bless him, so he never gets fired again, no matter who the AD is. That should do the trick.

I'm pretty sure the pope lurks on Hornfans, he may have even joined, so he can pm LC and talk shop. They probably have a standing bet on Texas vs. Notre Dame, some golden goblet or something like that.
