You are going to continue to pound your head into a wall unless you hire an attorney. The insurance companies do what they are doing to you all the time to wear people down. They eventually wear the person down until they drop it. If an attorney is involved, things can change overnight. I have seen it happen. At the very least, all the stress and heartache that you are feeling gets transfered to the attorney and releases from you.

I use USAA for my insurance needs and they are by far the best company that I deal with on a regular basis.
