Im curious about and would like to get some feedback on how you are currently keeping track of your subcontractors' insurance certificates and whether or not they are up to date.

Please ask Britt if he could turn out his porch light in the evening. My dog is having a hard time sleeping.

I would also accept him building a brick wall in front of the light to block it.
