Another weird Asian sauce

Not nearly as hot as that Vietnamese hot sauce stuff. In fact, it's barely hot at all with just a hint of pepper and it's sweet and vinegary. It goes well with chicken.

Had it last night with my wife's delicious roasted chicken. Btw - the wife is none too pleased that I'm putting these bizarre Asian sauces on her food. But she has absolutely no idea how bizarre Asian sauces can get.

Besides you can tell her that she's cooking West/East fusion cuisine.

i have never had any form of chili sauce that was sweet, just the standard kind with the rooster one it

I've got a BIG bottle of that stuff from Central Market.
It's great on grilled pork tenderloin or pork ribs.

So, beer threads get moved from Cactus Cafe (where they do serve beer) to Quackenbushes (where they did not serve beer).

And, food-related posts also don't belong in a "cafe?"
