Another Tuna Question

i have read on here about searing tuna, but what about cooking it slower on a gas grill. like wrapped in aluminum foil. any suggestions cooking it that way?
 
Ehh...it'll just steam itself if it's wrapped in foil.
A nice chunk of tuna is better suited to grilling or searing.
If you want to prepare fish that way, go with a cheaper cut, like mahi-mahi.
 
You can cook the tuna steak to well done the same as you would sear it. 4-5 mins a side on the grill would probably do it well done, if you really have to.

He was asking for me. Turned out great, maranated in Italian dressing, grilled for 3-4 minutes on each side, it was perfect.
