another Lasik thread..LasikPlus in Austin?

i know there's been alot of these but I didn't see this one mentioned in old threads; any used LasikPlus here in town? I think it's a Dr. Whiteside?

let me know of what you've heard, expereienced, etc..

great, I'm going to have my eye lids burned off from this Lasik center no one has heard of.....ha

I just had my Lasik done last week at Eyes of Texas Laser Center with Dr. L Shawn Wong. I had a great experience and feel like its one of the best things i've even spent money on. I tried to call them during my research but i couldnt really get a price from them. I kinda preferred to go to less of a "franchise" kind of place. I'm sure they do good work though.

yeah, I got a referral for that place as well. Here's the thing, my insurance gives me a 15% discount but of course the only one I've found in town that accepts is LasikPlus.
