University of Texas, UTSA, UTA, Georgetown, Memphis, Tulsa, Mississippi St., North Texas, Northwestern [hr] Mitchell-Cole is a 5-9 combo guard from San Antonio who last season was the leading scorer (10.7 ppg-team average of 43.4 ppg); tops in assists (3.5 apg-twice as many as the player with the second most); tops in blocks with 38 (1.2 bpg-with next best with 12 blocks); second in rebounds at 7.1 rpg; and tops in steals with 4.4 spg (144 total-almost three more than anyone else). It does look like she needs to improve on her shooting, making only 36% of her shots; 23% from BTA; and 67% from the FT line. Have to really like the intensity and effort the other stats indicate.
