Angry, yelling Texas State fan

Anyone else see the woman in the Texas State shirt screaming at UT fans during The Eyes of Texas after the game?

Since we were on the road, our fans began singing it after the handshake on their own just slightly before Tex. St. cued up their alma mater over the PA.

This crazy along the first base line (the UT dugout) started screaming "classless UT" amongst other things and walked up to a row of men telling them to stop as they were singing.

Texas State really wanted to win that game, there was a post-season feel to it.

Purely bad timing ... Wilson struck up The Eyes like 5 seconds before TSU started playing their song over the speakers.

If we hadn't done it when we did, the team would have been gone. As for being "classless", where was that bird brain when we sang The Eyes, before the game, and all of their fans booed and started doing the "Texas...State" stadium yell...all to drown out our alma mater.

I damn near got in a fight with 2 of them when I called 'em racist punks.

As usual you can expect students to be obnoxious, but on my way to back to the parking lot an old overweight man in a Tex St. shirt who had to be in is 40's and didn't look like he had a degree from any university, yelled "Texas Sucks" at me. I simply said "Check the scoreboard."

He responded with... "Only by one stinking point."

I then reminded him you score runs in baseball, not points.
