And QB 1 is…..

Fwiw...i think it was the right decision for the program right now.
We will see if it bears out on the field.

Patience is warranted on the matter

If my suspicions are correct, that Sark see OL weakness and needs the mobility because of that, then I pray he survives the Ala game. Please don’t replay last year!

Haven't read much Hornfans lately but I did see some articles on the interwebs that made it sound as if neither QB's were lighting things up. In my view, it HAD to be Ewers. I can't imagine that Card has improved that much just from practice (Practice?). Ewers transferred and he's a stud. Isn't he? BUT... with so little playing time (skipped senior year and was a back-up his freshman year at Ohio State?) it goes back to the sage words above:

"Patience is warranted on the matter."

I just hope we can hang on to the recruits we have for 2023. We have to survive this year.

Maybe but we’ll see moondog. Not knocking Card cause I would have bet money he would start.

Based on most of the practice reports I'm hearing, I thought so too. This sounds like a decision based on projections for 2023, possibly influenced by losing our best OL and 2nd best WR on the same day?
