correction tape correctly. It always seems that when I use it a piece always sticks at the end and it ends up either pulling off the paper or rolling up into a little and then peeling off the paper.

maybe I should be shot in the face.

Didn't they eliminate correction tape for the 2008 office olimpics? I think it was replaced by mouse dexterity.

I always preferred correction fluid. You know it was invented by John Lennon's mom.

From the content of this thread, I have surmised that correction tape is some tape-like material used in leiu of white out. May I suggest getting a computer and printer. They have spell check so you won't have to reprint **** that much.

El_Oso, I will give you the reply you no doubt sought when you penned this post. Yes penned, since we are talking about correction tape.

Correction tape is an abomination unto man. The other day I went into the supply closet, seeking correction fluid. Instead I found a product which billed itself as correction tape and which resembled a dental floss dispenser. By the time I was finished with that MFer, my desk was covered with a tangled coil of what looked like a cassette tape (remember the 70s?) dipped in white paint and my hands were covered with white sticky streaks, as was the document I had intended to correct.

Death to correction tape devices, is what I say.

Correction tape is better than white-out in concept, unfortunately it is generally made to craptacular standards and you end up with a long waxy plastic strip that no longer has tape attached to it hanging out from the end of the device.

I use correction tape all the time because my boss writes stupid **** on stuff I have to fax to prospective clients.

You need to ditch that version and use the Post-It version. Just like a regular clear tape dispenser.

I also used to have a job where I would patch together various documents to make 1 legally binding document. That correction tape came in handy.

I've never heard a single person say "correction fluid" rather than "white out," yet two different people used it here. That is all.
