am I at risk for not installing XP SP2

I am running XP pro. I have a hardware firewall in my DSL modem and I run Zone Alarm, as well. I Use SpyBot, AdAware, and SpyWareBlaster. do I need to install this update? I have been avoiding it because of the "if it ain't broke dont fix it" mentality, but wonder if I am setting myself up for disaster.

<Edit> I am also using symantec antivirus corporate edition and only use firefox unless i have to use IE (updates)

I would do the update if I were you.
But don't use xp's firewall, continue using zone alarm.
