All-in-one media player

Any recommendations?

Preferably free. If not, I'd pay a few bucks.

Something with crossfading to eliminate going back to the desktop between files and decent playlist capability. Will load folders. Can play divx, xvid, vob, rm, mov, wmv, mp3 and all the other common standards. Best I've found is ACE media player. Any others out there?
