No Texas player on the 5 player second team.

Yvonne & Ashleigh two of 9 named honorable mention.

Ashley named to the BIG 12 All Defensive Team.

No Texas Frosh made the All Freshmen Team.

Two of whom were injured all season. Certainly seems like Nneka could've earned a place on the freshman team, but I don't know enough about the other players to compare.

Nnekas play was very up and down durning the early part of conference. Was certainly talented enough to make it though.

Proof that rankings don't really mean a thing.. so I wouldn't put too much stock on the rankings of our heralded players inbound next year.
