It’s still possible that he bolts, but not confirmed. I thought it was.

All I know is that one play where he was open in the end zone but not looking for the football was inexcusable. Body language suggests he was going through the motions and the announcer eventually called him out. Looks like Boutee was unhappy about something.
I don't want him, whether he is in the portal or not.
