Alex Jones, Performance Artist

Honestly I kinda wonder. It's hard to imagine someone being as weird and obnoxious as he is in real life.

Also, full disclosure - I made an appearance on Alex Jones' show several years ago. I'm not proud of it, but I was the spokesman on a particular issue, and it was my job to talk to guys like him.

I've only watched him online for 10 minutes total. Is he as weird in person as he appears to be on his show? I can't believe he's making that kind of $$$. It's really scary that there are that many people listening/watching his conspiracy laden lunacy.

Dont feel so bad Deez, I am amazed at some of the people he has gotten. You know Mike Judge appeared on his show.

I appeared by phone, so I didn't see him then. However, I did meet him at conventions a couple of times. And yes, he is weird in person but not in the same way. He naturally has a loud voice and takes himself pretty seriously, but he didn't yell and was reasonably friendly. Of course, nobody was arguing with him either.

I think there has always been a market for the conspiratorial crackpot who speaks unapologetically and loudly. We've always had guys like that, but they were usually bizarre freak shows that normal people could dismiss. Jones is a freak show, but he's just normal enough to keep from falling off the deep end. Frankly, the guy is just good at what he does and has a good feel for how far he can push the envelope.

Somehow, this feels like an understatement considering...

Now that I think of it....considering Trump and Putin were stablemates, I guess that makes you a Trump stablemate too. Now I can truly appreciate how "YUGE" you are!
