Alarm System Installation - Company

I am moving into a house in Austin in 2 weeks that has no alarm system. We want to install a system ASAP, but do not know much about good companies, etc. The only company that I can really think of is ADT, and that is just because of their commercials.

Any recommendations for some good companies?

Protection One has done a great job for me - in Dallas and then Austin. I'm able to monitor online while I travel.

Does Granite do fire safety too, just asking. I could do without the alarm monitoring. As I said above, the fire detection is what I pay for.
