Al Davis has lost his mind.

Signing Javon Walker to a six year $55 mil contract with $16 mil guaranteed. Walker is a decent receiver, but that's better than what Moss received. He's also coming off a pretty bad injury.

I bet Ronald Reagan could kick Davis' *** at Trivial Pursuit.

And thats why the (Raiders) are the laughing stock of the NFL year in and year out.
- yall know where that is from... well most of it?

Well they did spend the first pick in the draft last year on a QB. If Al Davis did not jerk JaMarcus Russell around and brought him in on time, then he would be much further along. I also love the fact that they have a head coach who they lock out of personal and organizational meetings.

It is my understanding that during the PC the raiders actually saif he was going to have to undergo microfracture surgery within the next 2 years!!!

WoW -

Al Davis is definately certifiable.

How can anyone that is sane justify spending $105.5 million dollars ($34.125 million guaranteed) on Tommy Kelly and Javon Walker?

That is why they are where they are right now. I just wish Bud Adams/Mike Reinfeldt would spend that type of money on the Titans, just with better players than Tommy Kelly and Javon Walker.

Al Davis = Jerry Jones in about 10 years. JJ will still be trying to prove he's a GM that can produce a championship when he's on life support in a nursing home.

Good point Third! Jones has his haters, but he is a lot better than most. There are some real wackos in the NFL. The little **** in Washington is a real nut case too. Then you have some class owners too; NYG, Pitt, Denver, KC, and some others that don't come to mind. There are some that players run as fast as they can from. I think GB is owned liked a corp. isn't it? They have stock holders and a board I think. I know it has long been viewed as a class organization. I know the long run they had with Favre was a good one.
