I am flying to Portsmouth, VA early Wednesday morning to watch these games. This year's PIT is a very strong field thanks in large part to the modification in the Pre Draft Camp, i.e. it's no longer having 5-on-5 games. It's strictly measurements and interviews now and back in Chicago after being held in Orlando the last few years.

AJ and Conor play in tonight's games. I ran into Connor getting off the elevator at the hotel and shook his hand. I happened to be wearing some burnt orange and I think he enjoyed seeing it all the way up in Virginia.

I will write up some thoughts from last night at some point. Today's games start at 3:15 and then AJ and Connor go in the 7 pm and 9 pm games.

AJ made the all-tournament team, and was 3rd in ppg and tied for the most steals with Alex Ruoff and Alonzo Gee.

Good for AJ. But I have never heard of the majority of players on that stat list (not that this means anything). Was this good NBA prospect level competition? How many of them have a realistic chance of getting drafted? Maybe 5-10?

I don't think this bodes well for Connor's draft stock though. It doesn't look like he showed off a great shooting touch at 36%, but 3 blocks per game is pretty solid. Would have liked to see more rebounds also.
