That's pretty impressive for someone who has constantly been called a defensive liability on this board. Not only did he block Rush's shot at the end, but he also broke up two fast breaks (one by tipping a pass, and one by taking a charge) that looked to be sure buckets. This was a great team win, as we went the first 13 minutes of the 2nd half without DJ or AJ scoring.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong (and I know you will)...

But didn't Rick start putting him on all the other teams star shooters towards the end of last year (Acie Law, Rush, etc.), because he could stay on their hip/get in their face better than the rest of our team?

Am I the only person who remembers that being a big deal last year? That's a bummer to go from being 'the guy' to having a rep as a 'liability'. Not that I agree.
