Ags rationalizing their existence on Wikipedia

Considering we opened our doors 7 years before y'all did, were y'all too lazy to get going???

I think any encyclopedia worth its salt should chronicle the Ag "traditions". The world should have some place to read about jizz in a jar on top of a bonfire.

We got this much better than A&M after giving them a head start? I did not know that.

Caneck! Caneck!

You sure that loony bin wasn't a branch of the State Hospital?

I don't think the jizz jar is as cool a tradition as nut-squeezing or refraining from the use of cheerleaders (at least female ones). While poo-flinging is a good one, it is still "new army." Scoreboards for dead pets and marching nut-to-butt to "guard the dog" are perennial winners, of course.
It makes me sad to think of our lame traditions, like the hook'em hand-sign, the orange tower lights, and all. Who outside of Austin has even heard of our stupid "tradition" of Hook'em Horns?

I think I may go obsess about other schools a little...
NOT!

My alma mater is, quite literally, THE
University of Texas. To quote our usually more reserved AD, "We are the Joneses."

wow, blueag, i have to say i'm impressed by your wiki-know how....nice, and might i say, unbiased, take on MNC season....

is there an editor/arbiter from the wiki ranks that reviews postings, or is everyone free to post whatever they want? Just not too familiar with the concept...

The jizz jar was in the Texas Monthly bonfire issue.

TAMC opened before Texas because there were major issues/discussions as to where to put the campus.

Nobody really cared about the agricultural branch so they put it BFE.
