In our terrible loss to Memphis...I forgot to mention this little jewel:
On Sunday section 609 had a new member in it (who happened to sit directly in front of me).....A man, looking dirty and drunk, wearing an A&M polo shirt....And also wearing a Memphis hat with Memphis pom-poms. When I inquired about his fandom of Memphis he said A&M and Memphis had always been his schools. Funny though that he seemed completely uninterested in their school songs and traditions.
Apparently his girlfriend was a Longhorn fan as she seemed already apologetic when walking into the section behind him and telling people she was a 'Horn while raising the Hook'em sign. They left at halftime and never returned.
