The affidavit said the ex-girlfriend left her house around 11 p.m. to go to a Walmart. She returned around 11:15 p.m. and saw Robinson hiding in some bushes along the driveway and he came toward her car.
She told Robinson that they could talk inside the home, saying that she felt safe because other people were inside, according to the affidavit.
The ex-girlfriend told investigators that she was walking in front of Robinson toward the house when he grabbed her purse and ran away.

Robinson appeared before a magistrate who set bond at $20,000. Robinson officially signed with Texas A&M on National Signing Day on Feb. 3. He committed to play for the Aggies over offers from Baylor, California, Houston and Alabama. Texas A&M has not released an official statement on Robinson's status."
