I guess the self-proclaimed bestest, most loyalest fans in the history of sports, EVAR, are having a little trouble selling out their season opener.

I remember the cheap HEB tix back during the Mackovic era. Sad days indeed for little brother.

Lucky for aggy they got that OLD ARMY Spirit.

You know what? Old memories are coming up from my Frosh-Senior year ('90-94) and I am recalling just how obnoxious and arrogant those pricks were after each game (the one exception being in 1990). I remember a good buddy having an aggy female (I'm reasonably certain she was a she) toss her full coke all of him after the gun went off sealing the W for Texas.

I remember quite a lot of BS that aggy used to rub right in our faces during those dark years. I say ****'em. They're getting what they've had coming to them. Karma ********. Suck it all day long.

I relish in your misery and hope it last for another 100 years.

I remember the '90 game well.

During conversation with an aggie a few years ago, he boasted that the aggies never lost to us while he was in school. It turns out hew was at that game(as a student) and failed to remember the loss. I called him on it. Proved him wrong and then the conversation soured. It seems he had actually convinced himself of the lie and he had probably made that boast many times in the past. He moved shortly thereafter.

The last regular season game of the 100th year of football in Hooterville was when we won 16-6 and went to the Sugar Bowl. The ending of some prose written that night follows:

"...and now they head to the Alamo Bowl
after another big game beating
to celebrate texas br-aggie football
and a second century of cheating..."

Hell I would love it if UT sold cheap tickets at HEB. Instead they allow many to buy extra tickets and then try and sell them for a profit. Then you end up seeing many empty seats on game day.

I can't tell if any shirts have the score of the last aggy win over Texas, not enough detail, but I'm sure it's on there somewhere.
