Aggy Game 1

Payton lead off 1st with double, but Stell couldn't bunt him over. Did not score. Bottom of 1st, Etier makes an error, then a sacrifice, stolen base, double by Naquin, sac fly...Aggy scores 2. Thornhill typical slow start. Good bottom of 2nd for horns. Now going to top of 3rd. 2-0 aggy.

Last couple of series it seems like Friday has been the sleep through game, rolling that out again tonight it seems.

I finally found Aggy audio, what a joy that is.
We haven't been hitting much for about three weeks
now. This is the best starting pitching rotation we
have faced since the Stanford series.

That makes this not that unexpected for the bats
tonight. To beat A&M you need to get into their
less than talented bullpen.

Sprinkle in the errors and wild pitches and leaving men in scoring position when we do get a chance
to score all adds up usually to a loss.

Even Augie is ceding this game with just Dicharry
up in the pen for us. He is saving pitchers for the
next two games.

So, the girls get run ruled last night (9-0) and the guys are getting shutout tonight (6-0). The 'Horns are O-fer Collieville. Nice.

Did I mention getting into their less than talented
bullpen?

Anybody watching on tv think maybe the tying
run could have scored on Weis's double?

A double should almost always clear the bases, It's kind of mind blowing, Tommy makes mistakes sending people all the time, but last night he stopped the runner...AARGH!
