That's pretty ******* stupid considering A&M's harder early schedule also directly led to their VERY favorable late schedule which allowed them have the strong finish they had. Funny how he is completely ignoring this while he puffs his chest out like a typical Aggie moron.

With the exception of OU (with Griffin) & KU, the Big 12 was weak this year. Any B12 coach complaining about his conf. schedule is a maroon.

You're right, It was definitely a good year to play MU at home. But if we play KU on the last game of the season in front of a sellout crowd for a chance to go dancing, I think the result would be the same.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how anything Barnes said is considered whining.

His comments about the Big 12 tourney are shared by the vast majority of coaches - at least those with teams that typically make the NCAA tourney.

Does anyone really disagree that doing well in the NCAA tourney is the ultimate goal. Every coach and player in the country would prefer to have a 10 seed and advance to the Sweet 16, than a great regular season that garners a 1 or 2 seed, but get bounced the first weekend.

And I see his comments about Kansas as a compliment and a sign of his respect for the program.

I can understand why people don't understand Barnes and don't appreciate his dry humor and style. But nothing he said can be interpreted as whining.
