You younger folks may not remember but this used to be the job done by Air America, the CIA operated airline that did so much good work in southeast asia during our exciting adventures there.

They were involved in similar endeavors in our battle against the dangerous commies in central America during the 1980s, when our intelligence agencies were both fighting the godless reds an catering to the tastes of the cocaine for lunch bunch.
