Damn, I knew it was only a matter of time before I wouldn't be able to ride my dirt bike across Lake Travis anymore.

This festival has bad luck. When it was blistering hot it was a dust bowl. Then it had the remnants of a hurricane. It was not too brutal but it did dump on people. Now a possible deluge.

Great, well at least local Austinites were able to enjoy actual grass on the soccer fields for a grand total of 2 weeks this year.

Eh. Bring a ponch, wear sandals. It's gonna suck not being able to just sit on the grass though. Might have to bring a chair.

Rain won't be a problem and it would almost make it more fun in a wet way. Especially for the ladies, ooooh, the ladies. Where it gets dicey is if there is lightning and they have to shut it down.

Looking okay so far for today. A decent line of t-storms formed east of us around noon, but is moving off to the east.

When I made the OP the weather service was concerned about rainfall totals up to 10 inches by Sunday. It's all going to depend on the moisture from the storm off the Baja coast.
