Uni- I think that, with the help of the nuclear option, he will spend the next year trying to appoint liberal activist judges who will uphold his bypassing of the Constitution and using regulations to bypass Congress. If the R's end up controlling both houses, they may be able to stop him short of impeachment. Of course, I'd be ok with that, too.

I wish I had your optimism and "hope for change"
but even with control of both Houses going to the GOP BO will just dictate what policies he wants UNLESS he knows the GOP will impeach and note guilty.

How often has he said if congress doesn't act he will and then either instituted new policies in contradiction of passed laws or made wholesale changes to passed laws.
I can't believe that even his supporters like how he is acting like a dictator.
