We started this discussion on orangebloods. I'd like to get everyones input here as well. I'll start by posting a Texaus' contributions whicj left me rolling.
A tribute to Aggy futility
how about their fans and players just being a remarkable jinx?
"Mack has never won anything in his career and won't win anything." -National Championship.
"did you see what we did to that freshman limo boy Chrissy Simms." -383 passing and 4 TD's the next year.
"Frantastic. the Big 12 will now be decided between OU and aTm. i think a National Championship in 2-3 years." -no better than 3rd in the Big 12 South in a decade.
"Classless Clowns from Tech." -4-10 over the last 14 years.
"Gillespie now owns Barnes." -ditches them for Kentucky.
"everyone knows Reggie is better than Radio, who can't pass. Radio isn't a QB." -Vince with a National Championship, two BCS wins, a top 10 pick, and a starting QB. McNeal drafted in the last round as a WR and now hoping to make a CFL team.
"Soggie Burrito and the Texas baseball team are getting their asses kicked." -two National Championships later.
"Derek Farmer is better than Cedric Benson." -we saw how that ended up.
"the OBgyn is a joke of a site. Ketchsip is an idiot." -now one of the largest on the network. alanz has vanished and Sandhop is with scrub scout.com.
"hahaha! 12-7 sips!" -followed by 45-10 to Cal and the worst bowl loss in team history.
"we beat #1! we beat #1! we beat #1!. Reggie for Heisman! National Championship next season baby!" -77-0 in less than four quarters as payback.
"11-1 or 10-2 plus a bowl win." -NEVER.
Acie Law, "that's what i f'in do!." -clanked layup in the sweet 16.
"an aggie, Rick Barnes is the governor. take that sips!" -decked out in burnt orange and screaming Hook 'Em Horns after a National Championship.
"maybe we can get Jimmy Johnson or Steve Spurrier?" -Franchione.
"UT has absolutely NO chance against USC." -wrong.
"i'm seeing Goodson rushing for around 1,800 yards this season." -less than 700.
"Cart McCoy is a baby and a sissy." -Jorvorski Lane crying on the sideline over not getting the ball enough.
"we have much more players in the NFL than UT." -that # now dwindling with very few star players.
"dunking the ball off of the backboard in a game over with Baylor." -having it slammed on them after a busted play at the end of the game against UCLA.
"we'll get a top 5 recruiting class." -never.
"Fran is a better game day coach than Bob Stoops and a better recruiter than Mack Brown." -that worked out well.
"i'll bet Sherman can out recruit Mack." -that's worked out well.
"do you guys think John Thompson III would leave Georgetown to come here?"
"Radio ate a booger." -aTm fan eating a booger on National tv on the Jumbotron.
