A Celtics victory would be awesome...

I am still holding my breath concerning the Celtics winning a championship again. I just can't let my hopes get too up until I see the banner being raised once again.

I am old school, very old school but it would just rock to Doc Rivers beat the evil Zen Master and Paul Pierce triumph over the sinister Kobie.

I am out of the country, and usually am. I haven't watched any of the playoffs and was worried with the struggles of the celtics early.

Even though they are up 3-1 do you think the Celts can pull it off?

I don't think the Lakers can overcome that comeback. They are too young and inexperienced. I think the Celtics finish on Sunday.

R4P,
It is really according to how Kobe plays. If he goes super-Kobe then they probably win, but if the Euros have to be depended on to hit shots then I think the Celtic d shuts them down again.

If the Lakers keep their core group of players, and Bynum comes back healthy, they're unstoppable next year.

They should be better. More experience for the younger players and more depth with Bynum back.

The Lakers haven't really played better or won when Kobe was lighting it up. In game 4 they got a huge lead from play by his teammates and then they disappeared in the 2nd half and they lost the lead and the game. In game they played really well then disappeared but then got just enough at the end to get the win. Kobe didn't play well at all in game 5 yet they won.

I think LA's success has more to do with the play of Odom and the scoring of LA's bench players than it does with Kobe scoring 25-30 a game. What Kobe can do is be aggressive and go to the basket which will open up his teammates and possibly get Celtics in foul trouble early on.

You have to give Celts a huge advantage in this series with games 6 and 7 back in Boston. But game 6 is just 2 days away and we saw how Boston came out in game 3 after flying from Boston to LA and playing 2 days later so who knows.
