Very nice win. Taylor's health is a serious concern. That was a cheap, violent block that guy put on Taylor. Taylor's head came very close to hitting the floor first.

Cal hammers Syracuse and they will be the opponent and Taylor's wrist looked pretty bad. It going to be really sore if he can play.

I think potentially losing to Cal at the cost of sitting Taylor is a risk we need to take. We don't have another meaningful game for 10 days. Give him as much time as possible to rest it.

Plus, who knows when he'll have another streaky game like he did several occasions last year? We'll need other guys to step up if Taylor had another 1-14 game shooting. Him sitting is no different in those circumstances. I think playing a backcourt of Felix and Holland (ideally with more Yancy than usual stepping in) would be serviceable against Cal, and maybe even get the win if Turner plays much harder on the offensive end than he did tonight.

it was good to see how good the team can look when it's confident. It just seemed in person that they were playing tentatively, like they were a little uncertain what to do when a team was actually out guarding and contesting. It felt like Barnes took them in at the half and said "you're not playing the Knicks out there, there's no reason to be intimidated", and they really came out strong in the second half.
