7,000 wind turbines to one nuclear power plant?

Is this good math this guy does? If so, I would take the Nuclear power plant in a moment. I can't imagine how much upkeep is necessary to sustain 7,000 wind turbines when compared with the relatively predictable maintenance of one nuclear power plant. Plus, this may not even represent the biggest potential for a nuclear power plant. I am sure there are bigger ones conceived right? Based on this guys' math, it seems 4 nuclear power plants would provide all the necessary energy for the entire Austin area and then some. Whereas it would take around 22,000 wind turbines to provide for the greater Austin area.

But I am taking this guy at his word and that may be a foolish step on my part.

nuclear versus wind

Good question
and does it answer how many power plants of another sort are needed? for when the turbines aren't producing power but the need is still there

seems like we should build very safe nuclear plants in earthquake free zones and move away from coal.
