Big pickup, literally. I know OU wanted Terrell. This could end up being one of the best WR classes around.
 
As I stated in the other thread, if you are a top WR in the state, why would you not want to come here and let GG zip 'em into you for a couple years?
 
Probably ends up at 6-3, 225. Hmmm, does he stay at receiver like Malcolm Williams or move to tight end like D. J. Grant.

Whichever, glad to have him on the Forty
 
Coaches told him that he would be great in several places. Outside WR, inside WR, TE and possibly even outside LB. Said he would have options on where he wanted to play.
 
So I love reading Clendon's report each week on how our recruits are doing. One guy who never seems to have a bad week is Darius Terrell.

Now it seems like I remember his film being underwhelming and everyone projecting him to TE...pretty sure it was him.

Anyway, check out his stats for the year. He's having a great season! Wondering if he's going to be a WR afterall...although it seems like it wouldn't suck to have him at TE.

desoto is mainly using him as a flex TE similar to how we are currently using Buckner, so he should find a home pretty easily in our offense.
