anyone know what is going in here? right across from eddie v's, it looks like they demolished the old building that was there and have started concrete work on the site.
The only info I can find here is the 5th & Brazos parking garage (looks like it stretches to San Jacinto). Click links for Emerging Projects map, or descriptions. Lots of other good info on downtown development in progress, or projected.
