I haven't heard what's being built.

I live close and the bulldozers start at 7AM every morning: beep, beep, beep. I think they spend more time backing up than going forward. Very annoying.

It's funny how they tore down the church and apartments, but one little apartment complex is still standing right in the middle. I guess it was an offer the owners could refuse.

A little searching yielded results. 250 unit apartment complex developed by Ardent Residential, the same developer for the new Four Seasons condos.

In the last few days another area was fenced off on the east side of Bull Creek Rd. I'm not sure if that's a staging area for the development across the street, or if that signals the beginning of the end for the nice open park that is the land from Bull Creek Rd eastward to Shoal Creek.
