Thirty-Three Players!! That's a lot of players for one camp. Not various camps over one year's time, but for ONE CAMP!!
There are quite a few young people being called in, so it could kind of be an USMNT/Olympic Camp combined into one.

It sounds like they're going to give everyone a look before WCQ starts in June. Good idea. I imagine Beasley is itching to play, but probably won't see much action yet. A 2nd half sub in a game or two perhaps?

I can't believe qualifying starts in less than a month. Let's go Nats!

Although I don't watch many New England Revolution games, I always read that Michael Parkhurst is a great central defender who may be slightly lacking in size, but is an excellent distributor of the ball and is always in the right place. Those things sound like good qualities.

So I looked back up at that list and noticed that he wasn't on it. I understand that we can be deep at that position, with Gooch, Boca, DeMerit, now Orozco, and even Edu (depending on how he is played)... but with 33 players being called in, I would think that Parkhurst would be among them.

I know that I would rather see him than Boca & DeMerit. I don't know how many more destroyers we really need. Wouldn't a little skill be a welcome sight?

From the list above, different players will suit up for each of the games over the next couple of weeks.

Simply because say "Jozy" isn't suiting up for one game, doesn't mean that he won't suit up for another.
