All three were Lyles clients but they have supposedly distanced themselves from him.

- You guys were not after Davis.
- Williams is the 1B RB in the state, if you dont get Grey you would have gone after him. He is a high 4*. LaMichael James comparison.
- Addison is probably one of the top WR's in the state, very good player...supposedly you guys were trying to get back in on him after he distanced himself from lyles...

mack wanted to get TW on campus, but he made it obvious that TW was a back up plan to gray, and that didnt sit well with TW, so he never visited.

Actually Mack did not invite williams to campus and as I understand, had no plans to, regardless of Gray. Not a Texas fit. Better watch out for Auburn on Williams. They are not going away regarding their recruitment of him.

i could have sworn that he was scheduled to come to your JD1, but then was a no show claiming that he got the dates wrong, and the rescheduling just never happened.

congrats to the ags and their commitments. their staff have been very good with the running back evaluations, and I'm sure Trey Williams will play a big role in their future. I just hope we can round up enough defensive talent to corral him and the aggy WR corps.

I went to see Willams play against Klein last season here on the NW side of Houston...kid was very impressive...very nice pick up for A&M. FWIW, I also saw him play Klein in baseball last season...not sure if he's still playing but he was far and away their best player on the diamond too...very blessed athlete.
