Oklahoma-Houston looks like it was the fourth-most watched game on TV
and NRG Stadium, 72,200 capacity looks like it was filled up. Nice to see an opening weekend that didn't feature mostly matchups less even than Christians vs. Lions. I know we would have gone bowling last year if we had scheduled inrtersectional games against Lamar and New Mexico State, but putting teams like Cal and Notre Dame on the schedule is good for college football. And if you are a one loss team looking for an invite to the big show, wins against legit opponents help, wins against Buffalo and SMU, not so much.
