24 Season Finale

Not what I was expecting. So this was the military industrial complex going rogue and a revenge angle going all the way back to Tony's wife Michelle being murdered in the first or second season... wow.

Interesting that they could kill off Jack if he decides not to return next season and perhaps FBI Agent Walker becomes the next Jack Bauer when she tortures the head of the plot for information....

I don't know if it's her character or her acting ability that makes me question it, but I just can't buy Rene Walker begin a badass. Some of those scenes were comical. If she tried to get rough with me I think I'd laugh at her.

Well, unless it was the fun kind of rough of course.....

At least Tony hadnt gone over to complete evil. He didnt do it for pecuniary reasons, he did it for love. Sort of an Oliver North tale.

I find this idea of a stem cell cure for Jack from Kim somewhat retarded. Somtimes these writers operate on a comic book level.

OTOH, it was kind of fun watching Kim try to run in those shoes. She had it all going in multiple directions.

My biggest regret of this season is that Janis wasnt the traitor. I so wanted her to be.

Actually, the season seemed to be rolling along pretty well until Tony had destroyed the bioweapon complex but left one canister standing. The final six or seven hours with Jack dying a spasmodic death whenever it was convenient (esp in front of Tony, who stole his medicine!) was extremely retarded.

I liked the season but there was too much that was not believable like Jack's sickness. I disliked the un24 like cliffhanger ending.

This season's President was beyond clueless.

And can Kim ever be in the show without being in some kind of danger? Saw it coming from a mile away. All of the "plot twists" are so predictable at this point.
