The only interesting character on the show right now is renee and maybe the islamic leader from "who wants to be a millionaaaaar" fame. Jack is Jack. He seems a little senstive this season. I'm watching to see how over the deep end renee is willing to go. Her scene at the end of the episode was good. I wish they would give a new story to starbuck, its filler waste material. Chico's son seems kind of weak too. I dont think he even had a scene in this last episode. Both bad russian dudes seem like good villains.

I really really really wish they would drop the Dana Walsh storyline. Drop that and we might have a really good season on our hands. I literally muted the channel when that storyline comes on.

It's the most pointless storyline they have had since elisha cuthbert got caught in the woods with johnny drama in season 3 i think.

Also, isn't Jack going undercover completely ridiculous? I mean, how many terrorist groups has he gone to war with over the years? He's so hated the Chinese captured him and tortured him for a year.

Plus, wasn't his face splashed across CSPAN last year when he was hauled before Congress on charges of torture?

I admit I don't know the underground terrorist world, but might possibly the head Russian dudes know who he is?

am interested to see how the Walker story plays out this year.

This season seems a little slow to me so far though.
