2015-16 tickets received today

good seats depend on where you like to watch from.
I sit just behind the gatorade for the opposing team, section 46, first row. Actually, row 2 but there is no row 1.

I bet they love u, that would be dangerous for me i was a basketball manager in high school and i got a couple of techincal fouls called on myself.

Got my tickets too! I changed seats so I'll be on a different side than for the past 20+ years, so I'll have to get used to a new perspective!

I am wondering about parking. I bought premium tickets and received those and hoops club passes, but no parking passes since I didn't make an additional donation to the foundation. I parked in the Trinity Garage for the potluck and scrimmage last week and when I left the machine said it was unable to read ticket. Kept trying, and eventually backed up and tried other lane (made it to the garage quickly after dinner, but kept envisioning this long line of cars pulling up behind me, with me unable to get out!). The other machine gave me the same message. And there was no one on duty or answering the button for assistance so eventually the only thing that worked was pressing option for lost ticket, for which I was charged $27! I guess I'm donating to the University after all. I'm wondering if those machines are problematic if I should find alternative parking arrangements.

For the regular season basketball games there is always an attendant at the entrance usually charging 7 or 8 bucks cash or credit. To leave after the games the gate bar is open and you just drive out. I had the same experience as you last year at the first exhibition game.

Our ex-AD viewed us as walking ATMs. I increased my donation to Longhorn Foundation last year for better football tickets as was still "asked" for $100 for parking passes for women's basketball and softball, each. Hopefully the new, temp AD will roll that back next year.

You had to BUY and pay for parking extra this year, beyond your Longhorn Foundation donation. In the past, your Longhorn Foundation donation gave you automatic parking. Now, you need to donate to LHF and also buy your parking pass. I'm sure you can call and get a parking pass - if I remember is was around $100. Might be better to just buy it at the gate.

I was making a joke about the 'donation' but maybe they've got a bit of a racket going on there after all.
there are a whole lot of us hoping that the new AD will reverse most, if not all of the things that Patterson put in, including paying for parking for next season.
