2014 Renee' Caldwell to Baylor

Baylor got a committment from 2014 PG Renee' Caldwell. Per the hoopgurlz story, Coach Mulkey expects her to take over from Sims. Caldwell is a very good PG from San Antonio.

Adams is in the 2013 class along with teammate and fellow Texas verbal post Jada Terry.

A PG from the 2014 class to keep in mind:
Cienna Rodriguez-Rivera - 5'7" - PG
Cypress Ranch HS/Cypress, TX

She's a rising star. She also has attended at least one Texas camp in the past couple of years.

I have to admit, I was really hoping Texas could stay in the running for Caldwell. Based on who we have now and their remaining eligibility (we know things change), we'll be losing a lot after the 2013/2014 season and need a strong class. But it is a long time until 2014 and more strong prospects will emerge.
