I'm a little slow getting started thinking about next year. Just looking at the roster of:
Tiffany 5'10
Chelsea 5'10
Chassidy 5'10
Ashleigh 5'8
Yvonne 5'7
Anne Marie 6'1
Cokie 6'4
Ashley 6'4
Kat 6'2

Interesting group...wish there was at least one more...wondering what they're doing this summer...desperate for wbb news!
 
I am real excited about next year! New energy and excitement. I like GG is building a little at a time. We will be better then what we was last year.We want have the seniors to lead us. So it will be interesting to see who step up.Proably C.Reed or AT or K.Nash Glad we stayed in the BIG Whatever
 
I haven't kept up w/ the bball program in some time, but... i think i might have heard of a transfer to Texas. PG/SG player who may have sat out last season (i believe she had an injury the season before). Sorry, I'm not sure too much more or if it's confirmed, but if so, it might make our roster even more confusing, as she has the 'same' name as a few but spelled 'differently'.
 
just out of curiousity, the only players that have a similar name are Ashley and Ashleigh. No others have similar names, first or last. Wonder if this is true and who is would be if true. I'm not sure that Coach G has a track record of taking transfers.
 
Interesting potential news. Can't think of anyone off the top of my head who has basically absent from playing basketball for over a year; if she was transferring now, she would have to sit another year and lose that year of eligibility since she most likely already redshirted one year.

We just hear news that men's basketball player Varez Ward is transferring from the Longhorn program, so the timing wouldn't be too unusual as the Fall semester is here, and we have open 'ships.
