2011 Baseball Post Season Application

I know the applications are now available on line at Texas Box Office for season ticket holders. Does anyone know the application deadline? Also, when are the regional and super-regional hosts announced?

NCAA Baseball Regional Championship sites will be announced by ESPN on Sunday, May 29 and The University of Texas may be selected as a host. If so, the dates would be June 3-6 for the Regional Championship and June 10-13 for the Super Regional.

Season ticket holders have until Friday, May 13 at 5 p.m. to renew their seat locations for both the Regional Championship (if UT is selected as a host) and the Super Regional. Super Regional sites will be determined Monday, June 6. The UT Athletics Ticket Office will not mail out applications.

Tickets may now be ordered online through TexasBoxOffice.com. The use of the online website is secure and allows you to order tickets 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. To place an order online, you must login with your customer number and your password.

You may also call 800-982-BEVO or 512-471-3333 or stop by the UT Athletics Ticket Office in Bellmont Hall to order tickets. Payments may only be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. The UT Athletics Ticket Office is open weekdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Central.

All-session ticket prices for the Regional are $70 reserved and $50 general admission. All-session ticket prices for the Super Regional are $40 reserved and $26 general admission. A $6 handling charge is included on each order. Individual game tickets (if available) go on sale just prior to each tournament. All-session ticket prices are as listed above regardless of the number of games played.

Tickets may be mailed or picked up at Will Call. Having tickets mailed to you avoids possible long lines at Will Call. Tickets that are mailed will be sent the week of Monday, May 23.

If you receive your tickets in advance and Texas is not selected to host a regional site, the tickets are void and you will receive a full refund. If Texas does not advance to or host a Super Regional, the tickets are void and you will receive a full refund.

Parking for the Regional/Super Regional will be similar to the regular season. Donors may use their 2011 Longhorn Foundation season parking permit in reserved lots on a first-come, first-served basis.
