2009 Interest list

This may be a very good year for UT recruiting.

I know that it is very EARLY but this year has a different feel and there is a slight buzz out West about UT.

2 - SF have UT at the top of their list:
Jordan Hamilton and Solomon Hill.

1 SG -Avery Bradley also has us # 1 on his list.

Up I-35 we have Shawn Williams and Roger Franklin playing, I hope that UT has some interest and the player have some interest in UT BB.

Could be an Excellent class with Hamilton and Bradley.

Any combination of Hill, Bradley, Williams, Franklin would be a top 25 class. Nice if we get 2 of the players above.

Gaddy and TMG have interest as well. If we get Bradley, Hamilton and one of your aforementioned, then that is top 5 easily.

I think we have actually slipped a little with Solomon Hill according to recent reports.

At this point, I think we lead for Hamilton & Bradley...and perhaps lead for Shawn Williams as well. Those 3 would be an awesome class.

If J'Covan Brown doesn't qualify, then look for us to go after the best player we can get which may be PG Abdul Gaddy or PF Thomas Robinson.

Texas is not on Gaddy's radar but maybe if Bradley comes to UT then maybe....Naw no way Jose, not a chance. I think we will go hard after another SF, maybe a sleeper or second tier player to spell Damion. Maybe we save the ship and get another quality player in 09.

Balbay has the PG down for the next 3 yrs. unless he jumps to the league as a 3rd yr player.
With Aj and Mason as backups PG this yr and and the new guy also playing some minutes at PG we are well stocked for a couple of yrs. Then H. Smith may provide some depth or not??

Maybe we go hard at E.Johnson out of Vegas , quality 09 PG.
Three 5 stars having Texas number 1 on their lists is something to think about the future of UT BB.
